2. Cancellation Policy

Rules vary based on your purchase model to ensure our laboratory production remains precise.

2.1 Subscription Cancellations (Custom Plans)

Rule: 72-Hour Notice Required

  • Cut-off: You must cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your next Renewal Date.
  • Missed Window: Requests submitted within 72 hours cannot be intercepted as the lab has already begun compounding. Your cancellation will apply to the next cycle.

2.2 One-Time Order Cancellations

Rule: 48 Hours Before Shipping

  • For standard items, you may request a refund up to 48 hours before estimated shipping.
  • Orders with "Same Day Shipping" cannot be canceled once the label is printed.

3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Custom Products (Non-Returnable)

Due to the personal nature of prescriptions and herbal blends, these are non-refundable once the 72-hour window has passed. This ensures zero cross-contamination and adheres to safety regulations.

*If damaged upon arrival, contact us within 72 hours for a free replacement.

3.2 Standard Products (Returnable)

  • Timeframe: Request return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Must be brand new, unopened, with safety seals intact.
  • Deductions: Original shipping is non-refundable. A $10 restocking fee (or 15%) applies per return.

4. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I forgot to cancel 3 days ago. Can I get a refund if it hasn't shipped?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our lab incurs material costs and starts preparation exactly 3 days prior to renewal. Custom blends cannot be resold to other customers.

Q: Can I get a refund if the product isn't working for me?

A: Health results vary by individual. We do not accept returns based on personal preference or failure to meet expected results, especially for custom formulas based on your inputs.
