Early Processing Mechanism: To account for potential shipping delays and ensure you receive your new supply exactly when your current bottle runs out, our system automatically processes payment and generates your order 3-5 days before your cycle ends.
Example: If your cycle ends on the 30th, we may charge and ship your refill around the 26th. - Flexibility: You can adjust your next shipping date, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal (Action required 48 hours before the charge date).

A: We partner with UPS to provide stable, reliable delivery nationwide within 2-5 business days.
A: While you can select expedited shipping (courier speed), you cannot rush the processing time. Because your custom product involves personalized crafting, the 1-2 day production window is mandatory. This ensures you receive a perfect, data-verified product. Once crafted, it will be shipped via your selected shipping method.
A: This is to ensure a "Gap-Free" experience. Charging early means we have already started picking, packing, or compounding your order so that the package arrives at your doorstep before your current supply is empty.
